Your job
As a Customer Support Specialist, you are responsible for the administrative processing and coordination of orders to the German market. To this end, you have frequent contact with relevant customers, sales representatives and various internal departments such as Supply Chain, Warehousing, Finance, Traffic etc.
In collaboration with sales representatives, you actively provide commercial support from the Customer Support department to the relevant markets or customers.
Your team
You will be part of the EMEA Team which consists of 20 people. This team is the customer support department for different countries within EMEA. Together with the team you will take care of customer orders, interact and provide updates to sales representatives and other departments. In this role you report directly to the Manager Country Support EMEA.

To start your career at this company we offer you a temporary contract via AB Werkt, with all benefits of a BASF contract, followed by a permanent contract.
Payscale: 3200-3600 gross per month.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Commercial Management
- 2 years’ experience in an international customer service environment is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of German (Must), good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a big plus
- Good communication skills, able to communicate on multiple levels within and outside the organization
- Able and willing to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and able to handle adhoc situations and changes
- Strong customer focus and strong organizational skills
- Accurate and efficient way of working, with a critical mindset
- Experience with ERP systems, SalesForce and MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- You are pro-active, a team player and like to be in the driver seat.
