Do you have a question about the scheduling of your work or your transport? Are you experiencing issues with your housing? Or have you received a pay slip that is not correct? Please send an e-mail to AB Werkt or call our Help desk.

What is the Help desk?

As of now, the Help desk is your first point of contact to ensure that you get support as quickly as possible, to the best of our ability. The Help desk team speaks Polish, Romanian, and English fluently. They can therefore quickly respond to your question in your own language. It could not be more convenient.

They register each question, so that we can quickly retrieve your question, if we need to. Help desk employees can therefore also see if any action has already been taken in response. This also helps us to identify issues and to pre-emptively solve them.

What can you contact the Help desk for?

If you have a question that has not been answered on your personal employee portal under the ‘frequently asked questions’ section, make sure to double-check first!
You can contact the Help desk for answers to a number of questions concerning work, your housing, and transport. If you are ill, please report this to the Help desk. They will start the process for reporting ill and explain what is required of you so that any sickness benefits are not put at risk.

You have contacted the Help desk to submit a question. What happens next?

The Help desk can immediately answer some questions. If the Help desk does not have an answer or solution, then the Help desk employees will identify who will be able to provide the best support in the least amount of time.

Examples of who can provide the best support include Hospitality employees, staff management employees, or Facilities Department staff. The Help desk staff will then contact the person who can provide the best support, so that your issue is addressed as quickly as possible.

They will immediately tell you what action they are taking, so that you know what will happen next. This means that you always receive a response within two working days.

How can you contact the Help desk?

You can contact the Help desk by
sending an e-mail to helpdesk@ab-werkt.nl or by calling +31 (0)85 – 0493 32 05 during the following time frames:

  • Working days between 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Saturdays from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

An options menu ensures you are immediately connected to an employee who speaks your language. The available options are English, Polish, and Romanian.

Who should you call in an emergency?

If you have an emergency that cannot wait until the next day, our emergency response service is on standby – even outside the Help desk’s opening hours. You can contact the emergency response service by calling +31 (0)85 – 0493 32 05. Please note! This is only meant for emergencies that absolutely cannot wait until the next day.

We recommend that you save this number to your phone so that you can immediately use it when necessary.
